Joe Bogdan is a 25+ year veteran of the entertainment industry. He began his career as an attorney in private practice focusing on the leveraged exploitation of entertainment content through new media platforms. He ultimately became heavily involved in the live and performing arts industries, representing international touring artists and major events producers, presenters, and promoters.
Following entrepreneurship, Joe was Sr. V.P. of Business and Legal Affairs for World Wrestling Entertainment, where he held primary responsibility for running the day-to-day operation of the Business Affairs of the company. His Business Affairs responsibilities at WWE included 300+ live events per year in venues ranging from theaters to stadiums, a $30+ million dollar per year merchandising operation, and domestic and international network television and pay-per-view programming.
