Jane has been practicing corporate and transactional law for over 25 years. After spending 7 years at large Boston law firms, Jane moved in-house, first to Raytheon and then to OneBeacon. During this time, she honed her corporate legal skills and business acumen to oversee major business deals, board issues, SEC matters, and contracts (among other areas) and provide advice and support to her business colleagues on operational issues, financial matters, real estate and more. Today, Jane helps clients navigate legal matters so they can make intelligent (and profitable) business decisions while reducing their overall risk and liability.
Jane’s a member of the American Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Wellesley Lawyers Network, and The Boston Club. She’s a member in good standing of the New York State and Massachusetts bars. For the past 7 years, Jane has been voted a Massachusetts Super Lawyer. She was also selected as a member of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Massachusetts, the Top Women in the Law, and received the Leaders in the Law award from Lawyers Weekly.
